wenn ich versuche von meinem RPS etwas herunterzuladen auf einen anderen Server, so erreiche extrem schlechte Geschwindigkeiten :

Der andere Server ist über Arcor angebunden und erreicht sonst volle 100MBit/s.

Hat noch jemand das Problem? Oder kann es ein Arcor User verifizieren? (Testfile: http://rbx-test.smoothisp.de/test_100mb.bin)
