Wie du siehst, es handelt sich um ein Problem im OVH Netzwerk und hat nichts mit SLA/nonSLA etc pp zu tun.

Ist es normal, dass man nachdem man einen Apache installiert hat, nach außen hin maximal 300kb/s kriegt, obwohl VIEL mehr drin waere. Es handelt sich um Windows, 5 TB Traffic, SLA 1Gbit/s.

Nein, der Server ist nicht gedrosselt und laeuft auch sonst stabil .
