Neuinstallation oder du arbeitest mit symlinks. und verschiebst entsprechende verzeichnisse.

Ohne Neuinstall ist das etwas ganz schön aufwendig, ansonsten kannst Du im Manager eine Neuinstallation beauftragen und dort Deine eigene Partitionierung angeben.

Meiner Partitionen sind gerade so eingeteilt:
/ ext3 /dev/hda1 18%
2.31 GB 510.36 MB 2.96 GB
/lib/init/rw tmpfs tmpfs 0%
500.24 MB 0.00 B 500.24 MB

/sys sysfs sysfs 0%
