DeCIX Link #2 already Active?

Speed: très formidable!
I was waiting a long time, getting just about 1,2 mB/s down to 120 kb/s. Now the connection seems fine, my Server recieves over 20mB/s in peaks
Keep going on with such good work !

as told on travaux.ovh.net #2 is still down. we have a xenpack
problem. we have to change it. tomorrow, we will add a new 10G
on amsix and change the routing to use amsix in place of decix
(if it's better). it will allow to use decix in 50% only.

It seems to be not in use (at least the Weathermap doesn't show any usage on it).
Please, can you tell me, if the Link #2 is already active or if not when it will go live?
As far as I know these both links are 10GE? Impressive to see that "the Germans" are moving over 9 GBIT alone via DECIX from the OVH Network!
