are there any known issues with the peering to lambdanet?
My RPS (88.217.35.196) serves pages really fast (8-9 Mbytes/s) to almost all destinations except for those connected via lambdanet.

Throughput to this destination (and others connected via lambdanet) are creeping at 200 kbit/s and VoIP is choppy.

The other end (Mnet/lambdanet) seems to be ok - downloads from other destinations also connected via lambdanet are at full speed.
