Nice work, as usual.. without any doubts!
But i still hardly get over 500kb/s per single connection routed over DECIX, a strange problem that exists for almost a couple of weeks.
Still a huge overload on T-Systems and Teleglobe, as it seems, but the French page says it's still accomplished?

Le routeur a été mis en place. Il est en fonctionnement.
Decix est en fonctionnement. Le routage est à nouveau
correct.
