Die Ursache des Problems ist das r8169 Modul im bisher angebotenem Baseimage, Abhilfe schafft apt-get install r8169-dkms und User von nicht hilfreichen Posts auf die Ignorier-Liste zu setzen.

Nach Installation des neuen Moduls:

Hallo,

Speedtest Server brauche ich nicht testen da es hier um den Upstream geht, der Downstream ist sehr gut. Aber gut zu wissen das der Support im Kundencenter sich wie /dev/null verhält. Ich rufe dann mal an.

Ich beobachte so etwas nicht, aber du kannst gerne mal versuchen, dir von unterschiedlichen Speedtest-Servern Test-Dateien runterzuladen (http://speedtest.tele2.net/ http://www.speedtestx.de/ usw) - OVH-Server zum Testen bringen nicht viel, das interne Netzwerk ist ja noch ein Stück anders.

Zum Thema keine Antwort auf das Ticket: Kenne ich genau so. Einfach mal beim Support kurz anrufen und derjenige bearbeitet es i.d.R. sofort oder es wird mit einer hohen Priorität weiterbearbeitet.

Hallo,

ich beobachte seit ca. einer Woche massive Einbrüche bis runter auf <10Mbit in der Upstream performance meiner beiden Server (E3-SAT-3 RBX2 - Rack: 21B25 und SYS-IP-1 RBX3 - Rack: 41C10). Meine Messungen schüren den Verdacht einer Drossel, da ich von verschiedenen VPS Servern bei OVH unterschiedlich konstante Datenraten erhalte, von einem konstant erwartete 100Mbit, ein anderer <30Mbit. In den Abendstunden ist dieser Effekt am stärksten. In der OVH Network Weathermap kann ich kein Bottleneck ausmachen.

Leider bekomme ich auf meine Support Tickets auch nach Tagen keinerlei Antwort. Wer beobachtet ähnliches?
