Hallo Nick,

das Störungsticket wurde erstellt. Bitte gemäß der erhaltenen E-Mail noch einmal im Ticket bestätigen, dass wir die Festplatte jederzeit tauschen können und ein Backup der Daten vorliegt. Ohne Rückmeldung wird kein Eingriff erfolgen.
