Hallo tim7c1,

für die Verzögerungen möchten wir uns entschuldigen.

Soeben wurde ein Störungsticket erstellt. Bitte gemäß der verschickten E-Mail noch einmal im Störungsticket antworten bzw. bestätigen, dass ein Backup der Daten vorhanden ist und ein Eingriff erfolgen kann. Ohne weitere Rückmeldung im Ticket kann leider kein Eingriff durchgeführt werden.

Die Störungsmeldung liegt jetzt 1 Tag zurück, ohne das bei mir irgendeine Reaktion angekommen ist. Zumindest über eine Empfangsbestätigung würde ich mich freuen.

Liest das hier jemand, oder muss ich mich noch woanders bemerkbar machen? Über den Manager liess sich für den Server kein Störungs-Ticket eröffnen.

In meiner Not habe ich schon aus dem Rescue System einen provisorischen Mailserver gebaut...
