Ja, die ist hin.
Erstell am besten in der Störungs-Rubrik vom Forum nochmal einen Thread mit der Bitte um HDD Tausch.
Jemand vom Service wird dann für dich ein Ticket eröffnen, das du bestätigen musst - der Tausch geht dann recht flott eigentlich.

Denke nur dran vorher alle deine Daten zu sichern

Hallo,

seit einiger Zeit habe ich Probleme auf meinem Server (ks3359889). Ich habe gesehen, dass die Platten als ReadOnly gemounted sind. Soft Reboot funktioniert nicht und gibt nur die Meldung "Eingabe-/Ausgabefehler" aus. Ich habe Netboot ausgeführt und der SMART-Test zeigt die unten angefügte Meldung an. Könnte bitte jemand einen Blick drauf werfen?
